Well it is 7:06am on a fine Saturday morning in Albany, Ohio. My mom and I are just getting ready to go vend at the Athens Farmer's Market where our art group has a sale every 3rd Saturday of the month during the warmer season. I really like these sales because it gives us a chance to be in a relaxed environment and really talk to people who come into our booth. Mom has helped in a show before but never helped run one so this is her first time and she is very ready. Her upcycled market bags are adorable and she is very talented and has great attention to detail. If there are any left after today I will post pictures on here. She is making credit card wallets, cell phone pockets made from neck ties and very pretty market bags made from recycled linens such as tea towels and napkins from my grandmother.( don't worry she said it was fine:)
